It’s no secret that Ross County is in a transition. There is a lot of uncertainty. We want to help.
Most people think of the library as a place for entertainment. Pick out a book or some DVDs, maybe stream free music or movies on your device and let your mind rest for a while. While that is so valuable, we also have your back with some more practical things as well that we hope will build skills and confidence.
